Exchange and Cancellation Policy


We accept returns for any reason within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order. In addition, the exchange for other products can be made within up to 30 (thirty) days.
Check it out below:

1) Parts purchased on sale cannot be exchanged;
4) You can exchange your purchase, as long as it is not a sale, for any other product on the site;
5) If the value of the new part you want is greater than the original purchase, you can complete the payment;
6) If you prefer, keep the full credit of the purchase price, to use indefinitely;
7) The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;
8) The request for return by repentance must be made within 07 (seven) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Before that, it is essential that the return request is formalized by email – [email protected] – stating your intention, reason and choice of the product that will be sent back in case of exchange. Then we will contact you with a postage authorization code that will allow you to post the product free of charge.
Parts will only be accepted if returned:

With DUE PANNO labels and seals intact and attached to the product;
In the original, undamaged packaging;
Not washed or used, without odors or stains and without changes made by the customer (eg, hem adjustment, etc.);
The DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) or the copy must accompany the product with the return justified on the back and must accompany the product in the packaging.

If the DUE PANNO understands that the returned product does not understand the necessary criteria for the exchange or return mentioned above, the website is exempted from accepting the return or making the exchange. DUE PANNO can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification for the reason for the refusal.

Exchange – requests within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase.
Return by regret – requests within 7 calendar days after receipt of purchase. The customer may choose to reverse the amount paid (in the same manner as the original payment, that is, (a) credit on the invoice for payments on the credit card, (b) by means of deposit in a current account, in the case of a bank slip, and (c) credit in the online store
